Common questions

Does Capulet sell or deliver alcohol?

No. Capulet sells digital party planning and creative assets only. We do not sell, deliver or arrange alcohol or any physical goods. Any drink recipe that mentions alcohol is educational information for adults aged 18 and over, and alcohol-free options always lead the menu.

Is the plan accurate enough to host from?

The plan is creative guidance. Timings, quantities and quiz answers are a starting point that you should check against your own room, guests and ingredients. Capulet is not a licensed event planner or caterer.

What happens to the photos I upload?

You keep ownership of anything you upload. We process it only to generate your assets and clear the cache after 30 days. We do not use your uploads to train models.

Can I use the assets for a paid event?

Yes. The Content License grants you a worldwide licence to use generated assets for your own gatherings, including gatherings you charge for. Resale of the assets as a standalone product is not permitted.

What happens if I cancel?

Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and then stops. Monthly allowances do not carry over. If an image misses the brief, we regenerate it first.

Do the games involve betting?

No. Every game and quiz is for entertainment. Capulet does not host, facilitate or arrange real-money betting, gambling or cash prizes.
