Content License

Photographs of your space, reference images, logos and brand colours you upload remain yours. Uploading does not transfer ownership to Capulet, and we do not claim any right to use them beyond producing your assets.

You confirm you have the rights to what you upload, including permission from anyone identifiable in a photograph. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use.

To make the workspace work, you grant CAPULET LEISURE LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt and transmit your uploads and briefs strictly to:

• generate the plan, artwork and invite films you request;
• show them back to you in the Host Desk and in your downloads; and
• provide support when you ask us to look at something.

This licence is limited in every other respect:

• it ends when you delete the content or your subscription closes, subject to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy;
• it does not allow us to use your content for marketing, promotion or public display without your separate written permission;
• it does not allow us to sell, licence or give your content to anyone else; and
• it does not permit training AI models on your content, by us or by our providers.

Uploaded reference images are cached during generation and cleared within 30 days.

Subject to your subscription being in good standing and to the Acceptable Use policy, Capulet grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify and display the plans, posters, quiz cards, moodboards, layouts, menu cards, place cards and invite films you generate.

You may:

• print, post, message and share them for your own gatherings;
• edit them, add your own wording and combine them with your own material;
• use them for a gathering you charge for, and for gatherings you run as part of your own business; and
• keep using assets you generated after your subscription ends.

You may not:

• resell or redistribute the assets as a standalone product, template pack, stock library or NFT;
• use them to train an AI model or to build a competing service;
• claim they were made by a person, or present them as an official product of any organisation; or
• use them in a way this licence, the Acceptable Use policy or the law forbids.

Generated assets are produced by an AI model from your brief. Ownership of AI output is treated differently in different countries, and in some it may not attract copyright at all. We therefore grant you the broad licence above rather than promising you a copyright we may not be able to give.

Similar briefs can produce similar results for other users. Your licence is non-exclusive: we cannot promise an asset is unique, and you should not rely on one as a trade mark or brand identity without your own legal advice.

The Capulet name, logo, website design, photography, copy, theme library, game library and the software behind the Host Desk belong to CAPULET LEISURE LIMITED and are protected by intellectual property law. Your licence over generated assets does not give you rights over any of it.

Email support@capuleis.shop with the work concerned, the URL or asset in question, evidence of your rights and your contact details. We review promptly, remove infringing material and may end access for repeat infringers.
